Single of the Week: ‘Now or Never’- Jodie Connor ft. Wiley
2010 has been a good year for Jodie Connor -a number one hit with her participation in Roll Deep’s Good times, and an upcoming album in works. This week Kube has been lucky enough to get a pre-release of her single, Now Or Never featuringWiley. Make no mistake, this is a pop song and doesn’t stray too far from the genres formula. It has simple lyrics and a catchy hook that will get you singing to it in no time.
As expected, Jodie Connor’s vocals are great in this track and the production is top notch. Wiley’s cameo in this song is really solid and doesn’t feel out of place. My only gripes with the song would be the fact that lyrically it is very simple and does tend to get repetitive, however apart from that it’s a good solid pop song!
